THE RETURN AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
Return and Exchange: There is no refund. You have the right to exchange the cargo within 24 hours after delivery.
During the exchange process: When the product comes to your hands, if it is tried and not, it is preferably delivered to the cargo we have agreed on the same day or no later than 1 day later. After the product Dec received and the checks are made, the requested large or small size or a different product is exchanged, and if there is a price difference between them, it is returned.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGE AND REFUND FOR PRODUCTS WITHOUT AN INVOICE.
DELIVERY AND CARGO
Your orders will be delivered to the relevant cargo companies within 24 hours. If the product you ordered is not in stock, the delivery time may vary.
The cargo companies we are contracted with are: Aras Cargo and Mng Cargo.
Please check if there is a problem such as crushing, tearing, opening when receiving the product from the shipping company.If there is damage, please notify the authorities by receiving the damage detection report from your shipping company no later than 7 days. You can pick up your cargo from the branch with the tracking number. If you are not at the specified address, your cargo will be delivered to the nearest branch. You can take delivery with the tracking number you have or request a resend of the delivery.
