REFUND AND EXCHANGE PROCESS
Refund and Exchange: There is no refund. You have the right to exchange the cargo within 24 hours of receipt.
During the exchange process: When the product arrives in your hands, if it is tried and not available, it is preferably delivered to the cargo we have contracted on the same day or no later than 1 day later. After the product comes to our hands and the checks are made, the exchange is made with the requested large or small size or a different product, and if there is a price difference in the Decile, it will be returned.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGE PROCESS FOR INVOICED PRODUCTS.
DELIVERY AND CARGO
Your orders will be delivered to the relevant cargo companies within 24 hours. If the product you ordered is not in stock, the shipping time may vary.
The cargo companies we are contracted with are: Aras Kargo and Mng Kargo.
Please check if there is a problem such as crushing, tearing, opening when taking delivery of the product from the cargo company.If there is any damage, please notify the authorities by receiving a damage detection report from your cargo company no later than 7 days. You can pick up your cargo from the branch with the tracking number. If you are not at the specified address, your cargo will be delivered to the nearest branch. You can pick up the delivery with the tracking number in your hand or request that the delivery be resubmitted.paid paid BY credit card
